Year 3 have been diving into the wonderful world of Roald Dahl in English this term. So far, the children have read 'The Enormous Crocodile', 'George's Marvellous Medicine' and 'The Twits'. The children have loved reading these stories and watching the magic of Roald Dahl's writing coming to life in the classroom. We even made our very own Marvelous Muffins in the style of George's Marvellous Medicine!
How many Roald Dahl books have you read?
Our PSHE value for the year is BELONGING.
Over the course of this year, we will be exploring what the word 'BELONGING' means to us and what it means to belong to a community, both inside and outside of school. All the topics that we will cover in PSHE this year will be explored with this value at the heart of the lesson.
We will update this page regularly with updates about our understanding of the value of BELONGING.
How many groups/clubs or communities do you belong to?
Homework is set each Friday and is due the following Wednesday. Please ensure that homework is returned on the Wednesday so that it can be marked in time for Friday. Below you can find the latest homework that has been set.
